Service Credit Terms

These Service Credit Terms (“Credit Terms”) are an agreement between you and Chiller Tech Support LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any credit redeemable for our Services (“Service Credit” or “credits”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between these Credit Terms and the Agreement regarding Service Credits, these Credit Terms control.

Service Credits are used to access the following products of Chiller Tech Support LLC: Diagnostic AI, Chiller Tech Take-Off, Chiller Tech Investigator, and Emergency Technician. Service Credits do not apply to Chiller Tech Service Manager— that product is billed on a separate flat-rate subscription basis charged directly to the organization's card on file. Service Manager pricing is flat-rate with unlimited users (no per-seat fees); current plan rates are listed at torquecms.io/pricing. See §8 of the Terms of Service for full Service Manager billing terms.

1. Prepaid Service Credits

We may offer the option to prepay for certain Services through the purchase of credits (“Prepaid Service Credits”), including one-time top-ups and recurring subscription plans. Prepaid Service Credits represent the amount you have paid in advance for use of the respective Services, such as Emergency Technician time, Diagnostic AI usage, Chiller Tech Take-Off reports, and Chiller Tech Investigator sessions. Additional terms may apply to specific Services or plans.

2. Promotional Service Credits

We may also offer Service Credits free of charge as part of a promotional program (“Promo Service Credits”), such as launch or founders bonuses. Promo Service Credits will not be applied against any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction-based taxes that may be applicable to you. We may set additional conditions, eligibility requirements, or expiration dates for Promo Service Credits at the time they are offered.

3. Nature of Service Credits

Service Credits are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value (except where required by law); have no equivalent value in fiat currency; do not act as a substitute for fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer upon you any personal property right. Service Credits are non-transferable and may be used only in connection with the applicable Service for which they were issued.

4. Final sales, refunds, and expiration

All sales of Services, including sales of prepaid Services and subscriptions, are final. Service Credits are not refundable except where required by law. Prepaid Service Credits purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire and remain available in your account for future use. Credits granted through a subscription plan are made available for the applicable billing period, and any plan-specific reset or expiration rules will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Promo Service Credits may expire as specified when they are offered.

5. Diagnostic products — no refunds policy

Diagnostic AI, Chiller Tech Take-Off, and Chiller Tech Investigatorare automated diagnostic products powered by AI and owned by Chiller Tech Support LLC. These products are provided “as-is” for informational and consulting purposes only. All reports, quotes, and analyses generated are final sales and non-refundable, regardless of accuracy, completeness, or customer satisfaction. By using these products you acknowledge that:

• These products do not provide licensed engineering, legal, or professional advice.
• Reports and outputs are consulting estimates only — not professional engineering certifications, expert witness opinions, or legally binding documents.
• You may seek independent review by a licensed engineer or contractor for any critical business or legal decision.
• No refunds will be issued for diagnostic product results, incomplete analyses, or customer dissatisfaction.
• You assume all risk for decisions made based on these diagnostic outputs.

6. Your balance

Your available Service Credit balance may be reviewed in your Chiller Tech Support LLC account dashboard. You are solely responsible for verifying that the proper amount of Service Credits has been added to or deducted from your balance. Your Service Credit balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.

7. Prohibited transfers

We prohibit and do not recognize any purported transfers, sales, gifts, or trades of Service Credits. Evidence of any attempt to use, sell, or transfer Service Credits in violation of these Credit Terms may result in revocation, termination, or cancellation of the Service Credits and/or your use of the Services without refund, and/or immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you purchase a subscription plan, you authorize Chiller Tech Support LLC to store your payment method and to automatically charge it on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the then-current plan price, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Charges already made and credits already granted are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

Chiller Tech Support LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the Agreement, including suspending or terminating your Service Credit balance, in compliance with applicable law. Upon account termination, any remaining Service Credits are forfeited and will not be refunded.

10. Changes to these Credit Terms

We may modify these Credit Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to hold or use Service Credits after the effective date of any modification, you agree to be bound by the revised Credit Terms.
